NIISA Conference and Special Meetings
Per NIISA Bylaw, an annual conference is held at a place and date set by the Board of Directors. In selecting the site and conference programming, recommendations will be submitted by the Site Selection and Planning Committees. During the conference/annual meeting the annual budget is presented to the membership for adoption and a board of director’s election is held if there are nominations from the floor at the fall NAFIS conference.
A minimum of two additional membership meetings shall be held in conjunction with the spring and fall NAFIS conference. Special meetings may be set by either the board of directors or members in good standing.
