Criteria #1

Has the LEA disseminated relevant documents to tribes and Indian parents of Indian children in a timely manner?

Criteria #2

Did the LEA provide opportunity for tribes and parents of Indian children to provided their views on the LEAs educational programs/activities and or submit written comments?

Criteria #3

Did the LEA assess, at least annually, Indian children’s participation “on an equal basis” and disseminate that data.

Criteria #4

Did the LEA modify IPPs, if necessary, based on assessment results or parent/tribal input?

Criteria #5

Did the LEA respond in writing to comments and recommendations made by tribes/Indian parents?

Criteria #6

Did the LEA provide a copy of the IPPs to tribes at least annually?
